"The Nero Wolfe Cookbook" by Rex Stout and the editors of the Viking Press. My copy is a paperback, 1973 edition. I must have picked it up at a used book sale. The cover price is a whooping $3.95.
The Nero Wolfe Cookbook was published by The Viking Press, 625 Madison Ave., NY, NY 10022, in 1973. The SBN number was 670-50599-4.
Every recipe is prefaced by a quotation from a story where it appeared. There's a chapter just on meals cooked by Wolfe and a chapter on the Kanawha Spa dinner.
The recipes are truly excellent, although most are a little rich for my California palate.

I've made several of the recipes (none of the shad roe), and they're very good, although quite rich. I doubt that the book is still in print, but you might be able to pick up a copy at a used or antiquarian book store. Good luck.
"Books in Print", the master catalog of all books available for sale, lists the Rex Stout-authored "Nero Wolfe Cookbook", available in several editions under that title. All of them are unfortunatelt out of stock at the publisher (which means that the publisher is maintaining copyright privileges, I guess, even though there are no more copies on their shelves). I expect that I'll be going into the used and second hand book market to get a copy.
The Nero Wolfe Cook Book was published in 1973 by Viking Press. I suspect they've been swallowed up like all other publishers, but they should still be in the Manhattan phonebook. I got a copy at Mysterious Bookshop, 129 W. 56th St., NYC 10019, (212) 765-0900, some years ago and another at Partners & Crime (but they only had one). I wouldn't be surprised if The Black Orchid Bookshop, 303 E. 81st St., NYC 10028, (212) 734-5980, had a copy.
