There are two books of Bruce Cockburn guitar tabulature available:

All The Diamonds, covering his first album (Bruce Cockburn), through to Dancing in the Dragon's Jaws (1969-1979) - including several instrumentals

Rumours Of Glory, with material from Humans through to Big Circumstance (1980-1990)

There is some "ascii tab" of variable quality available through the On-Line Guitar Archive (OLGA). The best of these are the tabs for Closer to the Light, Happy Good Morning Blues, January in the Halifax Airport Lounge , Life's Mistress and Train in the Rain, none of which appear in the OFC songbooks.
